    Where it came?

    In the workplace, at school, and in our relationships, the effects of stress can be devastating. Too much stress can cause real physical illness.
    How can prevent it. Some are just straight vitamins or minerals. It is hard to know what to choose that will specifically help you. There are, however, some basic vitamins and minerals that can make all the difference. They can prevent the damage that stress causes as well as helping you to feel calmer and more in control.

      Speaking about Stress is always an actual theme, as every day we face a stress while working or communicating with the others. I never thought that the Vitamins would decrease the stress.

        Stress is self inflicted IMO you let it come over you. Dogs and cats do help, dogs more willingly than cats
        Hugging a tree could help many people. On the Vitamin side our food is depleted of them fast growing lost of water well here you go.

          Yeah! Too much stress may lead to IBS I suffered it for over a year, it was a terrible experience for me. So it's great to remove stress out of our life!
