    Our immune systems help our bodies fight off viruses, bacteria, and other disease-causing microorganisms.

    Adopt a Healthy Lifestyle to help improve and Strngthen our immune sysytem:

    1. Eat a healthy diet.
    - Citrus fruits like oranges, tangerines, and tomatoes contain Vitamin C, which helps protect the immune system.
    - Eat chicken, turkey, salmon, tofu, and other lean meats.
    2. Exercise regularly.
    3. Drink enough water.
    - Avoid quenching your thirst with soda, alcohol, tea, or coffee, as these drinks actually dehydrate you.
    4. Get enough sleep.
    5. Get regular medical screening tests.
    6. Be hygienic.
    - Wash your hands regularly with soap and water.
    - Shower daily.
    - Brush your teeth twice a day, and floss every night.
