  • Trigger finger. Help needed

    Hi,

I have a trigger finger in my left hand thumb.

It is much worse during and after sleep.

    Rhus tox does not help.

Any suggestions and good (even non homeopathic) advice?

    Many thanks!

    Ben

      Trigger finger

      hi Ben,

this is not an uncommon condition. In your case thumb is affected.
The muscles that move thumb is located in the forearm and the flexor tedons from it reaches the thumb through wrist. This tendon may get obstructed in tendon sheath by inflamation , thickening or nodule formation of the tendon sheath causing movement problems.

You have to look for Diabetes of Rheumatoid arthritis.

Self treatment is not good. You have to consult an expert hompath in person

Have you heard that turmeric and aloe vera can help cure trigger finger?
          According to this article: https://authorityremedies.com/home-r...rigger-finger/
"The presence of curcumin in turmeric makes this ingredient become one of the best natural home remedies for trigger finger, indeed. This special substance is active in treating inflammation. Another advantage of curcumin is to limit the production of a substance inside the body which is believed to worsen the pain"
Here is how you apply turmeric to treat trigger finger:
          • Prepare powdered turmeric and warm water to make a thick paste.
          • Mix them properly.
          • The paste should be applied over the trigger fingers.
          Hope you're doing well!
