    Doctor Pay Problem

Peanuts may have no curative value, but that is what most practitioners of Indian medicine are paid. Traditional medicine cures ailments which befuddle allopathic doctors. But there is a big wage disparity between doctors of Indian medicine and allopathic physicians.

    Homeopathy nets TEC bent spoon

Since 1992 the Skeptics have made an annual Bent Spoon Award, in "honour" of spoonbender psychic Uri Geller. This year's "honour" was awarded to TEC which the Skeptics said "was suffering dilutions of grandeur when they identified homeopathic training as a nationally important strategic priority for New Zealand".

Homeopathy is popular across the world

At a time when the global acceptance of homeopathy is rapidly growing and it is used in 66 countries as a legislated system of medicine, this report comes as very disturbing. There seems to be some vested interests behind this Swiss report.

    Govt to revamp medical curriculum

Students of 240 medical colleges in the country will soon be presented with a brand new curriculum, as the Health Ministry is planning to revamp the existing syllabus. The new syllabus will be an integration of modern Allopathic medicine and traditional Indian schools of medicine like Homeopathy, Ayurveda and Yunani.

    Homeopathy works

A recent article published in the medical journal Lancet widely quoted in Israel and elsewhere stated that "homeopathy is no better than dummy drugs," the implication being that it is useless. As a successful long-time practitioner of homeopathic medicine I cannot allow this charge to pass without comment.

Italy: We Will Support the Right to Choose Cure

We support the right to choose a cure, and that includes homeopathy. The papers mentioned are simply a request of the EU to take up a specific law. We forwarded the study of a famous journal The Lancet to the Superior Healthcare Council, regarding homeopathy and placebo. It was our duty to do so. I personally believe in the soundness of homeopathy, as 9 mln Italians do. So, this is much ado about nothing
