  • Excessive salivation in dogs

Excessive salivating is sometimes seen in dogs, esp. in Boxers, without any apparent cause, such as inflammation of the mucous membranes. The excessive salivation is caused by a heightened function of the salivary glands.

For this problem we can give : Atropinum sulphuricum 6x (or 3c or 3k), one dose 3 times a day for 3 weeks. (This remedy is sometimes called Atropia sulphuricum).
