      Plenty of raw garlic chopped finely over your already prepared foods can help. Eating dates and figs as a snack is also good. Drink alkaline water is a great way for overall health.

          Exercise to reduce blood pressure

          Hi, I has been diagnosed with high blood pressure and diabetes and since I has been doing exercise on an exercise mats, my numbers has been normalized. Try to find the best routine for you to try to avoid dangerous medicine. Also drink 8 glass of water.

                        There is no diet plan and going on diet is not good for the body. The best is to have 6 small meals a day. Have good fats as you need good fats to burn your calories during exercise. Plenty of water and do have green tea or buckwheat tea in your routine too.
